To be eligible to receive an Arkansas Transfer Achievement Scholarship, a graduate must:
- Be an Arkansas resident
- Earn an associate's degree (AA, AS, or AA in teaching) from PCCUA
- Complete degree at PCCUA the semester immediately prior to enrolling in UAF on-campus program
- Have a cumulative 2.0 grade point average, renewable up to 10 semesters
- Meet all other U of A admissions and program requirements
- Enroll in an on-campus undergraduate degree program, full or part time
