Bailey Pickle, of Helena, is the recipient of the Southern Bancorp Scholarship at Phillips Community College of the University of Arkansas (PCCUA). Pickle has chosen to study business and medical coding.
Southern Bancorp provides a scholarship to a deserving scholar with a 3.0 cumulative GPS or a 21 ACT composite. Applicants must be residents of Phillips County. The scholarship pays $500 in the fall and spring.
