Phillips Community College of the University of Arkansas (PCCUA) has awarded a Chancellor’s Scholarship to Joshua Caffey, of Poplar Grove. The Chancellor’s Scholarship represents the highest academic honor at PCCUA. Caffey is a graduate of KIPP Delta Collegiate High School pursuing a degree in general studies at PCCUA- Helena.
New Chancellor’s Scholarships are available each fall. They are funded through the Phillips Community College Foundation. Minimum qualifications for this award include an ACT composite score of 25.
